Present Perfect Tense Active and Passive Voice Rules, Explained with Examples

(1) Positive Form:

Active Voice:
[Subject + have/has + 3rd form of verb + Object]
Passive Voice:
[Object + have/has + been + 3rd form of verb + by + subject]
Examples:

Active Voice:

Passive Voice:
[Object + have/has + not + been + 3rd form of verb + by + subject]
